Bosques, Agua y Vida

La Vida está inherentemente relacionada con el agua, pero también con los bosques, que
albergan la mayor biodiversidad de nuestro planeta Tierra. De los bosques dependemos
todos los seres vivos para mantener un equilibrio que garantice nuestra permanencia en
esta nave planetaria con la que viajamos por el universo.
Este número 16 de la Revista ÈOLO se asume como un espacio de dialogo que permite
confrontar diversas practicas y posiciones, presentar experiencias y proponer caminos en
la perspectiva y desde la voluntad real de ir construyendo un Pacto Social que articule los
diferentes actores alrededor de la protección de los boques de nuestro departamento y
de la Vida en el planeta.
En el presente número se retoman las ponencias presentadas en el Congreso
Internacional de los Bosques, así como los aportes realizados en los talleres previos y
posteriores a este evento, realizados en el marco del Proceso Interinstitucional para la
Protección de los Bosques del departamento de Antioquia (Colombia), realizado en 2011,
el Año Internacional de los Bosques declarado por la ONU. También se incluyen algunos
artículos extras que enriquecen la reflexión con sus miradas sobre los temas abordados.
