Abstract

This article presents an interview with then-candidate for Governor of Antioquia, Eugenio Prieto Soto, in the final stretch of the 2007 election campaign, addressing environmental, fiscal, and territorial-policy topics. The candidate proposes unifying Antioquia's autonomous environmental corporations and expresses his commitment to the Central Antioquia Park, as well as promoting an "Antioquia Second Centennial Expedition" to inventory the department's biodiverse heritage. The interview covers his position on the sale of the Antioquia Liquor Factory and his proposal for territorial deconcentration through logistics centers surrounding the Aburrá Valley, closing with his commitment to the Millennium Development Goals through the Great Alliance of Antioquia for Equity.
