Abstract
In the face of the rapid loss of forests and biodiversity in Colombia, and specifically in Antioquia, all interested stakeholders — from civil society, academia, the private sector, and the State — are being invited to join in building an action plan for conserving the department's natural forests. The following is a summary of the work carried out during the events and preparatory workshops leading up to the International Forest Congress, highlighting the agreements reached so far for formulating the plan.
