Abstract
This article presents an interview with a Corantioquia official on environmental management of the Alto El Romeral Reserve, describing programs for managing mining and forest extraction. It addresses the challenges of comprehensive reserve management and the vision of linking El Romeral to other areas in a regional biological corridor, along with initiatives such as ecological homesteads in Angelópolis.
