Abstract
This article analyzes the situation of the El Romeral hill from the perspective of San Antonio de Prado, documenting impacts such as accelerated deforestation and urbanization without basic infrastructure, along with historical harm from armed groups. It calls for a participatory Environmental Management Plan that coordinates community organizations with environmental authorities.
